As public appointed expert witnesses we produce reports on Market Value for all the thinkable purposes for almost all types of real estate. Our reports comply among others with the norms of the RICS’s Red Book, TEGoVA’s Blue Book and the requirements of the German federal building code.
These are also known as bank reports. Our certified valuers (certified according to ISO/IEC 17024 for Mortgage Lending Valuations) are monitored by HypZert GmbH and complete precise valuations which are used for financing real estate.
Our reports on the Rental Value can for example focus on Market Rents, Cost Rents or the Local Residential Rent Level (ortsuebliche Vergleichsmiete). Amongst other purposes we provide reports for rent reviews, formal residential rent increases or for tax purposes. With our knowledge we are confident to report on commercial as well as on residential properties.

Our senior valuation experts share their experience on a honorary basis. Besides his normal activities, Dr. Ludwig is has also been lecturing on real estate valuation at TU Munich for more than 10 years. We actively participate on local boards of real estate experts and function as assessors in the Assessment of Professional Competencies for the RICS, or as examiners in educational programs for the local chamber of industry and commerce (IHK).
